Privacy Policy

1. Overview & Core Architecture
SuperCalcTool respects your privacy. Our service operates as a client-side static web application. All mathematical calculations run entirely within your local web browser. We do not maintain a user account database, nor do we run a server-side application database to collect, store, or monetize your financial calculation inputs.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
- We do not require user accounts, passwords, or registration.
- We do not request personal identity details (such as names, addresses, phone numbers, or government identifiers).
- We do not operate a backend database to aggregate or store your personal financial portfolios.
- We do not sell user data to advertising brokers, data brokers, or credit reporting agencies.
- We do not deploy invasive third-party cross-site behavioral tracking cookies.
3. Local Storage Usage
We use standard browser localStorage solely to remember your preferred UI settings between visits:
- Language Selection: Stored under the key
calc-lang(e.g., "en", "zh", "es", "de", "pt") so the calculator displays your selected language upon your next visit.
This data is stored purely on your local device and can be cleared at any time via your browser settings.
4. Hosting & Infrastructure (Cloudflare)
SuperCalcTool is distributed across Cloudflare's global content delivery network (CDN). When you request a webpage, Cloudflare may process standard technical log data (such as anonymized IP address, user-agent string, operating system type, and timestamp) solely for DDoS mitigation, bot detection, site performance, and security compliance.
5. Third-Party CDNs
For optimal loading speed, styling and charting assets are delivered via trusted public CDNs:
- Tailwind CSS (cdn.tailwindcss.com)
- Chart.js & Toastify (cdn.jsdelivr.net)
- Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com)
These providers may log incoming HTTP requests in accordance with their standard privacy policies.
6. URL Query Parameters & Share Links
To enable seamless sharing and bookmarking of scenarios, calculation parameters (such as ?p=10000&r=5...) are encoded directly into the URL query string when you generate or share a link.
Please understand the technical implications of URL query parameters:
- URLs with query strings may be stored in your browser's local browsing history, clipboard, and bookmarks.
- When shared via email, messaging apps, or social media, the query parameters are visible to recipients and may be logged by intermediate communications services.
- When your browser requests a URL, the full request path including query parameters is routinely transmitted to CDN edge servers (such as Cloudflare) and recorded in standard HTTP access logs or HTTP Referrer headers.
7. Updates & Privacy Inquiries
We may update this policy periodically to reflect future technical enhancements. If you have any questions regarding privacy practices, please contact us at:
